Mandarin offers online training sessions for customers who are experienced with Mandarin software, but need instruction on the use of new features or a particular aspect of M3. Since these sessions are conducted via the Internet using software licensed by Mandarin, customers only need to have Internet access and a telephone to participate.
ON-SITE TRAINING
Mandarin offers on-site training tailored to an individual library’s needs. Generally, a group of six or fewer participants will require two days of training to become self-sufficient with M3. An extra day should be added for optional modules such as Authority Control or Serials and Acquisitions. For larger groups, additional training days are recommended.
