Using My Account









































        Renewing Items
        1.     On the My Account page, click the “my information” tab and scroll down to view “current transactions”.
        2.     Click the Renew button that corresponds to the item you want to renew.
        3.     On the confirmation page, click OK.

        Note: The program will not allow a patron
        to renew an item from within My Account
        if the item is overdue and past the grace
        period set in Group Editor for this type of
        item.

        Canceling a Reserve, Hold, or Booking Request
        1.     On the My Account page, click the “my information” tab and scroll down to view “current transactions”.
        2.     Click the Cancel button that corresponds to the item you want to cancel.
        3.     On the confirmation page, click OK.
